Dispatch Dashboard Overview

The Dispatch Dashboard will be your main view for seeing how the status of dispatches and where the team is throughout their shift.  This is a quick overview of the Dispatch Dashboard.

1. Dispatch Tab: Navigate to the Dispatch Dashboard by clicking on the "Dispatch" tab on the main navigation screen.

2. Dispatch Filter: The Dispatch Filter is a drop down and will show any recent dispatches.  Below the filter you will be able to view recent activity within a dispatch and navigate directly to that case by clicking on the activity.

3. Dispatch Sub Navigation: This will show you where each case is in the dispatch process.  Cases move across the dashboard as the time stamps are applied to the case.

4. Dispatch Map: The map will show where a dispatched team member is from arrival to cleared. If you hover over the pin on the map, it will show you the name of the consumer in that location.
